The method

How MTM works.

Most agencies place you and move on. We built a longer process on purpose — seven steps, and the last one never really ends. Here's exactly what happens after you apply, and what we do at each step. Always free for candidates.

01Apply

Start at the application — the first step takes about a minute, and you can attach your resume right there. A real person reads it. There's no algorithm deciding whether you're worth a callback.

02Vetting

We review your background with you — certifications, licenses, and clearance status if you hold one — and label everything exactly as it stands. An active RN license is listed as an active RN license, an active Secret as an active Secret — nothing more, nothing less. When our team has reviewed an item, it's marked MTM-reviewed. We don't inflate profiles, because a profile that oversells you gets you interviews you can't win.

03Your career map

Placement is the near move. The career map is the long one: a phased 1–3–5-year path — which roles to target and when, which certifications to earn in what order, and what the progression typically looks like. Every fact on it carries a source. If we can't cite it, we don't show it.

04Representation

When you're ready, you go on the Bench — our public roster where employers browse available members by callsign, with real skills and credentials, and exact clearance labels for members who hold one. Interested teams come through us, and nothing moves without your consent.

05The match

We work actual openings — from health systems and the VA, federal and defense tech teams, support and operations shops, and cleared programs — and we bring roles to you when they genuinely fit your skills, your location, and your number. You'll never hear from us with a "great opportunity" that isn't.

06Placement

Offer, negotiation, start date — we're in your corner through all of it, and we stay through your first months on the job. Employers pay our fee. You never do.

07The room stays open

Placement isn't the exit. You stay in the Ready Room — the community keeps backing you, the career map keeps updating as you grow, and a few years from now the next move starts from step 3, not from zero. And when you know a veteran or a medic who should be in the room, send them in. That's how this grows.

The short version: we develop careers, we represent people honestly, and we don't leave. Careers developed. People represented.
