1.Free to you — always

Military Talent Match is free for candidates. Our clients pay us; you never do. There are no fees, and nothing is deducted from your pay or any offer.

2.What we do for you

We represent you: we coach your career, help sharpen your resume, and put your capabilities in front of employers who are actually hiring. When there's a real fit, we make a warm introduction on your behalf.

3.You stay private until you say otherwise

By default you appear only as a callsign — no legal name, photo, or current employer shown. Your identity is revealed to a prospective employer only after you agree to move forward with that specific opportunity.

4.Your consent controls what's shared

We share your details with a prospective employer only with your approval, for that opportunity.
We do not sell your personal data.
Your information is handled under our Privacy Policy.

5.Honest information, both ways

You agree the information you give us is accurate and provided in unclassified terms only. What you tell us is self-reported — including clearance details — and MTM does not verify clearances. In return, we'll be straight with you about fit, timelines, and opportunities.

6.No guarantee

We work hard on your behalf, but we can't guarantee interviews, offers, or placement. Hiring decisions belong to the employer.

7.Non-exclusive — you're in control

Working with MTM doesn't stop you from pursuing other opportunities on your own or with others. You can update your information, pause your representation, or withdraw at any time by emailing us.

8.The Ready Room community

Membership in the Ready Room (our private, invite-only community) is optional and free. Community ground rules apply — including protecting other members' privacy and OPSEC.

9.Changes to this agreement

We may update this agreement and will post the current version here with a new date. The full written agreement provided before placement governs any actual placement.
